Hudya Group AS’s new board of directors

In this Norwegian press release we presented our new board of directors.

Ole Morten Settevik is elected as Chairman of the Board on October 9 at Hudya’s shareholder’s meeting.

Mr Settevik is an experienced CEO, chairman, and board member of many software and services companies in the Nordic region. He has broad experience, such as:

  • General Manager Microsoft in Norway 1995-2002
  • Chairman: Advania, Intellisearch
  • Board member: IKT Norge, Crayon, NRK Aktivum, Mamut, Active 24, Software Innovation (Tieto), Bluegarden, Ementor

Kathryn Moore Baker is our deputy chairwoman with experience from:

  • Morgan Stanley, McKinsey and Reiten & Co
  • Chairwoman: Navamedic, Agasti Holding, Kuddle, Ellipse Klinikken, Norwegian Venture and Private Capital Association, Europrocessing International, Heimstaden

She has also board member experience from:

Norges Bank (Norwegian National Bank), NEAS, Moss Maritime, Swedish and European Venture and Private Capital Association, BW Gas, StormGeo, Bertel O. Steen Invest, Sevan Marine, DOF, Akastor

Further board members:

Louise Dedichen has got an extensive military background, and is the first female Admiral in Norway. Her rank is Rear Admiral, and she is Head of the Norwegian Defence University College.

Admiral Dedichen has previously been public relations officer at the Ministry of Defence, and Contract negotiator at the Royal Navy Supply Command.

Three board members were re-elected:

Runar Rønningen is a Managing Partner of Pioneer Capital. and CEO of Pioneer Property Group, He has held a 3 digit number of chairman positions.  Previously  he was Partner of Fondsfinans and Director of H&Q Norden (Equity Capital Markets).

Carsten Müller and Pål Lauvrak, Hudya partners and members of the executive team.

John Bjørnsen, Interim CFO in Hudya Group and Partner in Pioneer Investor Management was elected as deputy board member.
